Bio:

Dr. Sheila Boysen is a tenured Professor, executive leadership coach,  , and  TEDx speaker swith a knack for unlocking human potential Specializing in the future of digitally enabled leadership development and coaching, Sheila has a wealth of experience across multiple industries, where she’s been the catalyst for positive change. Her secret sauce? A unique blend of corporate leadership know-how and deep insights into team dynamics, which she uses to help her clients grow, achieve results, and develop their leadership superpowers.

Before she became a full-time coach and educator, Sheila was a senior HR leader, navigating the ins and outs of organizations in both the public and private sectors. She’s a people-first kind of leader, focusing on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and making sure the human side of business thrives. In 2010, Sheila made the leap into full-time coaching and leadership development, bringing her rich corporate experience into the classroom and beyond.

Sheila completed her coaching education at the University of Texas at Dallas and earned the highest level of certification as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coach Federation. With a doctoral degree in Organization Development from Benedictine University, Sheila’s research in coaching effectiveness and strategic talent development has shaped her approach to leadership, teaching, and developing others. Over the past decade, she’s worked with over 900 clients, helping them uncover their passions, sharpen their leadership skills, and align their values with their work. Her solution-focused coaching style is all about guiding individuals and teams to not just succeed, but to thrive.

Sheila’s unique blend of business acumen, leadership expertise, and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in today’s fast-paced organizations sets her apart. She’s recognized for her integrity, commitment to excellence, and her ability to deliver real results. As a master coach, Sheila has a gift for helping executives become authentic, effective leaders who inspire trust and focus on what truly matters.

Known for her ability to quickly build trust, Sheila is passionate about helping leaders enhance their self-awareness, improve their leadership skills, and expand their understanding of what drives success.
