Bio:
Dr. Michele Ryan is an Assistant Professor and Departmental Program Director/Assistant Chair for the Business Administration, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management department within the College of Business as well as a co-director of the MBA program. She holds a DBA from George Fox University, an MBA from the University of St. Francis, and an MA and BA in Public Communication from Western Illinois University. Dr. Ryan’s research is focused on undergraduate students and their emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and perceived employability. She is a co-faculty sponsor for the Women in Business student club, and she was the Director of Admission for the Graduate School of Management in the College of Business for 15 years prior to becoming full-time faculty.
