The Society for Advancement of Violence and Injury Research recently featured Dr. Hannah Klein on its website blog post “.” 

This blog post highlights an innovative teaching method by Dr. Hannah Klein, assistant professor of Justice, Law, and Public Safety Studies at ÌðÐÄÖ±²¥ and director of the ÌðÐÄÖ±²¥ Center for Community Research & Education. 

Dr. Klein integrates her gun violence prevention research on safe firearm storage with her teaching by involving undergraduate students in research projects with community partners. She emphasizes the importance of cultural understanding in this work.
