Student Work Programs

Work your way through Lewis.

We want to make college as affordable for you as possible. That's why we offer student work opportunities that can provide you with some much needed spending money while at school.

Students can view all open positions on the myLewis portal. Once logged in please go to the Resources section and select the Handshake resource.

Complete directions for finding student employment can be accessed by clicking the Student Employment picture to the right.

Federal College Work Study

This program offers on-campus or off-campus community service work programs partially funded by the federal government. Awards are made based on a student's financial need as determined by the FAFSA. Work-study jobs are coordinated through the Office of Financial Aid Services. We currently have over 300 students employed through Work Study.

Employment as a Graduate Assistant

ÌðÐÄÖ±²¥ offers both Academic Assistantships (students hired by a specific academic department program they are enrolled in) and Staff Assistantships (current Lewis graduate students employed as staff members of the University). These positions are coordinated through Human Resources or the specific department itself.
